Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the unused envelopes back into their original packaging to ensure they remain crisp and undamaged during the transit back to our warehouse.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided shipping label or your own postage to the exterior of the box, clearly marking your RMA number on the outside of the package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
